We offer 130 monthly and 2 hourly music rehearsal studios, conveniently located in the Fremont/ Ballard neighborhood.  Our Rock Rooms are sound insulated, quiet, secure, affordable, clean, and comfortable.  There is plenty of free parking and access to bus lines.  Whether you’re a professional band or just looking to be loud for fun we are the place for you.  Rock out, Seattle!

Monthly rooms come in a wide range of sizes, with monthly rents between $300 to $1500 per month depending on the room size.

ABOUT ROCK ROOMS BALLARD:  Founded in 2006 as Superior Audio Service (A.K.A. SAS, Birdnest, Birdhouse, etc.), Rock Rooms Ballard started with humble beginnings as a 3 room rehearsal facility with a small, 2 room recording studio.  We’ve now grown to about 130 soundproofed rehearsal rooms and recording studio in 3 facilities, all within a block of each other.  We take great pride in providing musicians with the best rehearsal environment that we can create, with quiet, secure, affordable, clean, and comfortable spaces being our focus.
